Cid Bolduc was born and raised in Maine. She attended Boston University as well as taking classes at The Art Institute of Boston and The Museum School of The Museum of Fine Arts In Boston.

In the early 80's, Bolduc was accepted into a summer painting program at the Provincetown Art Association and Museum. At the summers end, she became a year-round resident. As a member of the Provincetown art community, Bolduc has had the opportunity to work with many talented artists, which she credits as part of her continuing education. Professionally she has served as a staff person at the Provincetown Art Association and Museum, gallery director of several galleries and worked in the publishing and printing fields. She is currently the head studio manager and an instructor at Castle Hill Center for the Arts in Truro.

Bolduc currently divides her time between Cape Cod and Gulfport, Fl. along with a pair of Jacks.
